I thought bloating is an important point of discussion and it’s time we bring it to your notice, That’s because A) we’re constantly flooded with questions on the topic, B) almost everyone experiences symptoms of bloat at one point or another, and C) it’s uncomfortable and annoying AF. Therefore, I want answers and solutions, and I think you want it as much as I do.

While we have come up with some strategic anti-bloating drinks, bloating is far more complicated than the beverages we choose. In other words, even though some beverages can help things along, there’s no such thing as a sippable quick fix. But Your wedding day requires you to look beautiful and comfortable, and we are guessing you too aren’t a big fan of that bloated tummy either, right? Ahead, the best anti-bloating drinks your gut will love you for.

LEMON WATER

As refreshing and tasty as the drink sounds, Lemon water is also beneficial in treating a bloated stomach due to its diuretic nature. All you need to do is squeeze half a lemon in a glass of water. 

COCONUT WATER

A sweet and simple way to treat the bloating is drinking a glass of coconut water, regularly. Coconut water is efficient in regulating the electrolyte composition in the body as it contains around 600 mg of Potassium.

PEPPERMINT TEA

Herbs have always been used as a remedy for a lot of things since ancient times. Peppermint is one of the many. Peppermint contains ingredients like menthol and menthone, which have antispasmodic and digestive properties. It treats the secretion of gastric juices and expels gas. Thus, it reduces bloating.

SMOOTHIE
