EARLY PREPARATIONS

Showers can be held anytime from two weeks to two months earlier than the wedding.

It is essential to keep in mind that everyone you invite to the Shower also receives an invitation card.

You and other bridesmaids can check your budgets and DIY skills. You may contact the local wedding vendors like florists, bakers, calligraphers.

Plan the menu and Game activities:

You can either hire local caterers or ask the venue about their catering services. Think of games activities to engage all the guests and make the party memorable for them.

Confirm all the guests:

Call the venue to double-check all the arrangements.

You can follow up with your guests who are all are coming, and if they have received the invitation card.

Buy groceries and vegies, bakeries:

Check with caterers for the necessary arrangements. Shop for the items if required. Check the bakeries and dessert services if needed.

DAY OF EVENT

Design a gift opening area:

Under the guest of honour’s seat, place scissors, large trash bags, a notebook and a pen to record gifts and their givers, and sticky labels to help keep similar offerings.

Thank you gift:

You can make DIYs or order a return gift for all your guests.
